Happy World Youth Day.

Each year, the Church celebrates World Youth Day locally on the Feast of Christ the King.

This year, Pope Francis has written to the youth of the world, recalling his experience at World Youth Day in Lisbon and encouraging them to 'become a small beacon of hope for others'. You can read his full letter here.

In Melbourne, we are celebrating World Youth Day locally with a series of events. You are most welcome to join us as we continue to celebrate what it means to be a young Catholic, and, in the words of Pope Francis, 'share with others the hope and joy of the risen Christ!'
