Week 5: Staying Alive

All right. We have had a slew of solemnities and it seems that Church is coming to our aid to help us refocus. It is not too late to hit the reset button and enter fully into the next two solid weeks of Lent before the holiest week of the year. To help with your prayer, don't forget to get your free Hallow subscription online here. As the weather chills and the assignment deadlines loom closer, we can also intentionally mark each of our study pages with the cross as a practical way to help lift up our minds to God in the middle of these Lenten days.

As April Fools' Day comes around don't forget that "Being a fool for oneself may be the way of the world but being a fool for God is the call of every Christian. As St. Paul writes, ‘God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise’ (1 Cor 1:27). Read more from ACU's Jeremy Ambrose here.
