Registrations for the 2025 Australian Catholic Youth Festival have officially sold out, with more than 6,000 people from across Australia set to attend. Thousands of young Catholics will journey to Melbourne from almost every corner of the country — from Geraldton to Cairns to the Northern Territory — accompanied by their pilgrimage group leaders, bishops, clergy and religious.

With less than two weeks to go until registrations close for the Australian Catholic Youth Festival, young adults across the Archdiocese — in parishes and young adult groups, and on university campuses — are getting ready for an adventure of a lifetime.

The Bishops Commission for Evangelisation, Laity and Ministry is pleased to announce applications are now open for the Australian Young Catholic Women’s Fellowship for 2026/2027. The fellowship, which is offered over a two-year period, is a key initiative reflecting the Australian bishops’ ongoing commitment to formation of women for missionary leadership.
