Launching into Lent

Welcome back to the Udisciple Enews, a regular dose of news, events and commentary on what is happening for young Catholics in Melbourne.

This year the beginning of Lent coincided with O-Week on the various university campuses across Melbourne. With campus life well and truly revived, we look forward to a year full of new friendships, fun and faith lived out in communities across the city.

In other news, the Melbourne World Youth Day pilgrimage application deadline is fast approaching. This is the time to take the leap and join in what will be a life changing experience for pilgrims.

Have you ever heard of Nightfever? Come along and experience it for yourself as the young Catholics of Melbourne launch off 48 hours of prayer in the Archdiocese. The hours will be filled with Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, Song and Street Evangelisation.

Lastly, get in quickly to book your spot on our Lenten Retreat. Head to the event page to sign up on trybooking, as spots are limited and you are not going to want to miss this opportunity.

God bless you,

The Udisciple Team
