WYD Update

Welcome to our first WYD Update. These updates will be our primary way of communicating with you and sharing important information regarding our pilgrimage to World Youth Day Lisbon. In this edition, you can find key dates for our pre-pilgrimage formation events and also some useful tips to make sure you a ready to head overseas.

Set Up a Payment Plan
|
Final Payments for WYD will be due on Monday 3 April but between now and then we encourage you to set up a payment plan (weekly, fortnightly, or in lump sum installments) to make things a little easier on yourself. Next week members of our team will be reaching out over the phone to help you set up a payment plan. Once you have done this, we will connect you with Harvest Journeys our official travel provider to confirm your place, and then you will be well on your way to World Youth Day.

Sign Up to our WYD Portal

This week you will receive a personalised email inviting you to sign up for our official Archdiocese of Melbourne Pilgrim Portal. Over the months ahead this will be how we will collect important information from you. It is important that you do this as soon as possible after receiving the email (and that you save your login details somewhere safe for future use).
